1 Dawn's first light tinged the eastern sky, slowly spreading over a small, still smoldering village. A raid in the night caught the sleeping villagers by surprise. Now all the villagers lay dead. As the sun crept reluctantly over the forest east of the now ruined village, two ravens flew headlong out of the northern end of the forest, one chasing the other. Sometimes I hate computers

I'm going to be online off and on until my grandpa gets the memory in my computer fixed.  My University network won't let me get online unless my anti-virus software fully updates and apparently I don't have "enough" memory to do so. So, I won't be able to check things out here as often as I'd like, but I'll try.  :D  I'll let y'all know when I'm back to my regular online schedule.

Prolonged Absence

I really apologize for my lack of updating for half a year...I have been caught up in the middle of school.  On the plus side, I am taking an English class that will hopefully help with my writing.  Its a creative writing class that focuses on writing fiction.  I'll let y'all know how it goes as the semester progresses. In the meantime, the science fiction story I was planning on writing is being shelved for a while as I'm working on my homework.  Perhaps I'll post one of my two short stories that I have to write for this class here.  Maybe both if we're lucky.  :D
